Client medical history

We've introduced an 'unknown' option in the medical history section, designed for those who may not have access to their family medical history.

Duplicate profile notifications

 Duplicate profiles are now conveniently highlighted in your notifications list,  accessible via the bell icon on the top bar. This enhancement allows you to efficiently manage profile merges and ensures clients have access to all historical medicals under a single login.

UI improvements

To improve navigation, we have improved the UI of our product page, including the ability to duplicate a product, search for test categories and view the required inputs. 

Third-party surveys

Full Health acknowledges the importance of customer sentiment and the quality improvements that can be achieved from feedback. We have added the ability to distribute a link to your preferred third-party survey, allowing you to tailor the timing of your survey distribution to best meet your needs.

Client test results

Clients can now download a full summary of their test results from their online account, making it easy to share results with their own doctor when necessary.
